Last week, Anhui Shenchang Aluminum Industry Group Co., Ltd. (Anhui Shenchang) welcomed Mr. Michael, Purchasing Representative of a U.S.-based partner, for the first bulk order inspection of custom aluminum materials, marking a key milestone in our long-term cooperation. The inspection covered core products including 7075 aluminum plates, 6061 aluminum plates and rods, and 5083 aluminum plates—all precision-cut to custom dimensions for the client’s project needs.

During his on-site visit, Mr. Michael carried out a full verification of the production and quality control processes, focusing on the 8mm-thick, 1500×3000mm 6061 aluminum plates as a key sample. The inspection centered on four critical quality requirements: dimensional tolerance, chemical composition, mechanical properties, and batch-to-batch consistency, all of which are essential for the client’s application scenarios.
